As a long retired amateur wreck diver I had always dreamed of finding the wreck of the Coramba. I even made it my business to meet Johnno Johnston, The diver who did the insurance inspection. It was just another days work for him so on the trip out to the wreck site he was down below having breakfast and never really saw the direction the boat went.
Anyway, I congratulate the dive team for their perseverance in locating, not only this wreck but the many other wrecks of historical significance.
Good luck……Bob Hurst
It is so amazing to actually see this ship which has been part of my whole life! Thank you to all concerned for your dedication to finding her.
Thanks Jan

It’s fair to say that everyone who searched for the Coramba over the last 70 years or so played their part in its discovery.
Cheers
